  1. I had the same problem. This an issue with the firewall. Microsoft will automatically delete the msi file as doubtful file. Remove the firewall and reinstall the program . When MCE is loaded don't forget to reactivate the firewall. charles
  2. For some unknown reason MCXP stopped working some time ago. I downloaded the latest version 3.0.2.1, and I still have the same problem. After loading the aircraft on the tarmac (Fenix 320) I start MCE. Everything appears to load fine until a window appears instructing me to reload the aircraft. If I dismiss the pop up, MCE shut down. If I leave the popup screen, then I can communicate with the copilot and MCE. works OK. So what's wrong with this pop-up window? How can I get ride of it without taking the risk of a shutdown of MCE? I have been using MCE since 2018 and never had this issue before. Any help will be appreciated. Charles
  3. Can agree more , Some you tubes are better, and have a better and clearer sound. Watching 2 pilots talking to each other, is not a great help and certainly not the best training method. I wish I did my due diligence and read this forum before buying this product It's really a case of BUYER BEWARE!
  4. Well we are now mid June and still no downloads. After that, it’s yours to download and watch in HD forever! End quote. Personally I am disappointed that I have purchased a product that does not meet the expectation. Perhaps Airline2sim does not take into consideration their customers accessibility to a fast internet connection? As good as your training may be, it is let down by your service. Watching a video, where streaming is an issue does not suit me at all. So far I give you a thumb down for delivery. Unless you are able to restore your download facility, I hereby request a full refund on my purchased. Charles M. Australia
