Just checked and now it's saying failed network error

Hi I am having a problem downloading episodes 4 and 6.....is there a problem with those two episodes?

I purchased the new Sim, last night and I in asia at the moment. I tried to watch the videos last night on my mobile, but I got no sound just the videos . So I have to watch on my computer?
