  1. Thanks - That fixed it. I had to re-link the scenery library; it evidently broke at the last update.
  2. Love Little Navmap. With a recent release the Flight Plan page now shows the 3 character IATA instead of the 4 character IDENT code. This is a hassle because when entering the flight plan on some planes the 3 letter IATA does not work (i.e. FlyJSim Q4XP) - so I have flip back and forth to get the correct code to program the FMS. I can't find a place to change this as an option. Anyone know of a work-around or that I may be missing something? Thanks!
  3. Done, Thanks for the quick response. jengle
  4. Using LittleNavMap to generate an X-Plane FMS plan.
  5. When I import a flight plan from LittleNavMap I get the Flight Plan Error Your flight plan must have a departure airport as the first waypoint and a destination airport as the last waypoint... However, the flight plan does have departing and destination airports. If manually add the departure airport it works, but then I have the departure airport twice after validation (after P2ATC adds a departure waypoint). Pilot2ATC 2020 2.6.2.3_x64_R2 LittleNavMap 2.6.5 Is this a known bug? Pilot2ATC or LittleNavMap? Using LittleNavMap to generate an X-Plane FMS plan. Thanks, Jengle
  6. I have a flight KEWR/22R DCT MERIT DCT HFD DCT PUT DCT BOS DCT BRADD DCT RAFIN NATZ NASBA DCT RATKA N521 LARLA DCT ABRUL DCT AMUGU DCT ARSUK DCT RESMI UN491 EPL UM164 LUPEN T107 GESLU GESLU1A EDDM/08R created by SIMBRIEF and imported into Pilot2ATC 2018 v.2.6.1.2_x64. I've done this several times now and it's worked well. I validate (GREEN) then press FILE and get the error Altitude Restriction Violation The Minimum Altitude at BEGEN is 5000 feet. You need to increase your cruise altitude or remove the procedure that contains this waypoint. BEGEN is part of the ILS approach to EDDM RW08R. Pilot2ATC has Alt Restr Above 5000 Ft and Pln Alt at 1487ft. However the ILS approach was done by Pilot2ATC when I selected the APPR button. The imported flight plan into FlightFactor 767 has BEGEN 170/5000A which matches NAVAGRAPH cycle 2009 charts. It looks like Pilot2ATC is calculating the Pln Alt. at BEGEN incorrectly. I tried the same plan with 8L and got the same results, only with MAGAT instead of BEGEN at 5000'. I've also found that even though I am following a STAR Pilot2ATC will often tell me I'm off course, then a couple of minutes later say Resume Navigation as well as missing TOD. Is there a way to work around this? I had to scrap using Pilot2ATC for this flight as it needed to get going. Thanks!
  7. I have Navigraph set to update Pilot2ATC, however fairly often Pilot2ATC autoplan uses old data. For example I'm currently landing at EGGW. Pilot2ATC has ILS approach RW08 with the LUT transition. However the current Navagraph information has RW07! How do I verify navigraph updates to Pilot2ATC? I no longer get the warning messages that Pilot2ATC plans (exported to X-Plane 11 format) are using the wrong nav data version, but about 1 in 4 plans have incorrect data. Thanks!
  8. Looked through the commands, and searched as I could through this forum. I took off from Miami and the SID took me straight into some heavy weather. I could not find a command to temporarily change my course to avoid the weather, so I kept getting annoying messages to get me back on track. I printed out all the commands using the grammar option and didn't see anything but I may have missed the syntax. How do I do a temporary course change? Thanks!
  9. I've installed the X-ATC-Chatter Controllers folders for each of the regions into my install directory of Pilot2ATC_2018_x64 (C:\Pilot2ATC_2018_x64\Sounds\ATC_Chatter\Controllers). All region's chatter files are merged together. I think I hear ATC chatter, but the volume is so low I can barely hear it. All of the rest of the ATC commands in Pilot2ATC are have very good sound quality/volume. For ATC Chatter Options (Sounds tab in the Config screens): Sound Source: Controller Folders Root Folder: Blank Default Region: Europe (currently flying in Europe mostly - though it makes no difference. Pause between file playback checked; Minimu pause time 20 seconds; max pause time 90 sec ATC Audio Files: all blank Radio BAckground Sound - Sound file: Blank This matches the X-ATC-Chatter configuration video for only using with Pilot2ATC not the X-Plane plugin. Pilot2ATC 2018 v2.6.1.2_x64 Just downloaded X-ATC-Chatter. I don't see any volume controls for ATC Chatter in Pilot2ATC. Any ideas? I posted my question on the X-ATC-Chatter X-Plane forum and was pointed to the Pilot2ATC forum here in avsim.
  10. Ok, that makes sense; Create -> Validate -> File flightplan; then get clearance has been working for my IFR flight plans. Thanks!
  11. Newbie question here. I've downloaded some simplistic Pilot2ATC phrase lists, and watch several videos and purchased a RL ATC guide. If I Validate and File a flight plan (flight plan panel) do I need to Request ATC to Open a flight plan? Seems like filing the flight plan in the flight plan panel then going to the Clearance -> 'Ready to Copy IFR Clearance works to start? Anyone recommend a more detailed listing of Pilot2ATC phrases in a typical IFR (and VFR) listing? Thanks! Used Pilot2ATC for a week, and took the plunge and purchased the product after trying a couple of live ATC tools. Looks like a great product with good support.
  12. When I select the latest AIRAC (cycle 1905 for now) I get a pop-up window that states that airport information is limited in this mode. I click OK. But the Scenery Library drop down still has AIRAC 1611 as selected (dot). How do I know I am using the current AIRAC? When I select Scenery Library - Show Database files and open cycle_info.txt it shows: AIRAC cycle : 1905 Version : 1 Valid (from/to): 25/APR/2019 - 23/MAY/2019 If this is accurate that it is using 1905 then it would be nice if the dot by the selection would be on. If not, how do I get it to read the current AIRAC? Thanks! Great product.
