Nope, that's incorrect. Ad blockers remove the elements of the ad directly from the domain object tree, which is a structure the browser builds based on HTML document of the web page. Since your browser only downloads content referenced in the domain object tree, the ad being blocked is never downloaded. If it were only blocking the display of the ad in your browser then websites wouldn't know you are running an ad blocker, but they do, and that's why they implore you to white list their site with those pesky popups when they detect ads being blocked. It's because they don't get ad revenue when you run a blocker.

Install an ad blocking extension like Ghostery or AdBlock.

I really like fixed external views, especially fixed from behind, which I always add when not included with a plane.

I’m curious how the caching, selection of pre cached areas, and reservation of storage space will work. If its able to stream over internet I can’t image you’ll need your scenery cache on SSDs, so setting aside huge amounts of space, like 10TB+, seems reasonable.

Orbx might be able to contribute by doing smaller area's in higher resolution than whats available publicly. You can buy imaging services from lots of places. I don't know if that makes sense financially but if you no longer have to model everything and can rely on the data then maybe it would?

I wanted to post the same. I'm in for a polo or even a jacket with "Insider" badges. The one seen at the press event appears to have been put together by Alpha Industries given that it has their own branded "remove before flight" tag. Where did you see the gaming chair? I do need a new chair! lol Seriously there needs to be an insider store.

I couldn't disagree with that more. Flying around along the ground is one of my favorite things to do. To me that's the best way to experience flight.
