    Hi, Thank you for your prompt reply. By necessity I have to be away from my PC tonight so I cannot try that atm. However, why my key is not working is a cause for concern as I do not have an account with f1 and I presume the purchase went through as a guest. Therefore I'm not sure they can help. In the meantime I will not be able to reinstall without the key?
