Thank you for fixing the one thing that bothered me about this, my favorite plane in the sim.

My system jumped up to around 30GB used flying over New York. 32 is not overkill at all.

Depending on the area and airplane, I’m getting 45-60fps, with the exception of 30-35 over major cities like New York. Ultra settings, Live Weather, air traffic off. That seems to cut my fps in half and that’s not worth it at all to me.

It is, and I tried to. But it doesn’t work for that folder specifically. Don’t know why.

Steam for me. I don’t like not being able to access my game folders. The relevant WindowsApps folder won’t even open despite my setting read & write permissions on it.

I recently got a 38” LG Ultrawide IPS. Can’t wait to see how this looks on it.

I’m all for walking around or teleporting to different stations inside the airplane. Everything else seems to me out of place and an unnecessary tax on system resources.

Well, for me, it is a game. I am not a pilot and have no real desire to become one. I will play this on a PC I built literally just for gaming. I do nothing else with it except download mods for said games and occasionally stream movies. Others consider this a simulator and I’m fine with that. It’s a matter of perspective to me.

Not sure if I’ll ditch X-Plane, but probably, yes. I haven’t invested any money in it after buying the base game, so I feel like it was $60 well spent.
