I can't seem to find where to download the v130 also is there any different installation process for the P3D4?

So I have a lot of friends on X-plane that just go onto Ortho4xp and generate a photoreal file for themselves and it actually works. I used FSEarthTiles for P3DV4.5 and it didn't work and I wondered if there is any alternative that you can pick what area of photoreal you want to generate like in Ortho4xp. Cheers, Alex.

So I want to build a home cockpit, I do have the budget but not super budget like 13,000 euros. I only have around 2000-2500 euros I would like some recommendations on what overhead panels, FMCs Screens you would recommend
