The Carenado Citation S II did appear in the panel; The Carenado A33 Bonanza did not appear in the cockpit but does work as a plugin; so does the Laminar Research aircraft; How do I tell it to appear in the panel; Can you explain how to "tell it to load into the panel"?

It works normally in only one of the aircraft, the Citation SII from Carenado; In the other planes, both Carenado and Laminar Research, It is in the plugins menu but not in the panel of the plane?????

As near as I can understand your answer, I reinstalled the GTN into my recourses- Plugins folder within x plane from the F1 Agent. I can see it there including the red logo, I therefore thought it would be in the plugins when I started a flight in X plane, I used to be able to use it in the sim via the Plugins at the top of the screen. Now it is not there. Can you guide me through the steps to follow to get it to work

I got the download to the plugins folder in X plane but it does not appear in the dropdown menu within the Sim, in fact none of the items in the plugins folder will appear in the Sim including Better Pushback, AviTab or SimBrief,, etc

I have had similar issues and cannot figure a way through the maze I purchased Reality XP GTN 750 last year and was able to download it to my plugins folder in X-Plane but never in the panel; so I used it as a popup in multiple aircraft both default and Carenado; My hard drive crashed and has since been replaced; I went to F1, located my purchase and clicked on the link to download again; it showed the certificate number and the download link bur never downloaded. I am stumped. Gene

Thank you for getting back to me. I have used the 750 in Carenado Citation S550 and F33A Bonanza as well as the X-plane C 172 and Baron 58 and King Air 90B models. All work as plugins but none will display in the panel. I only get a blank outline of the 750 in the panel which does not power up.

I got the GTN 750 finally working again but, as before it works within the plugins menu but the place where it goes in the panel is a blank outline of the unit. I have watched the Brian Pfeffer video many times and followed his instructions. David Rendon posted a video with exactly the same issue I am having. I looked it up in the Reality XP GTN 750 manual and had a friend who worked many years for Oracle and we could not figure it out. Can anyone help. Gene Comroe

I checked windows defender and typed in the green text above; another suggestion might be to communicate by cell phone if someone can talk to me in real time, I bet we can fix this. I also received a notice just now to update from Garmin, which I did not do.

Is it possible for me to send you a screen shot of my x-plane directories so you can see what I have and what I need to download again?

I looked in windows file explorer and now do not know what of the GTN files to look for, it looks like I have multiple files I have been getting more confused as to what I still need to download. It seems that when I think that I have it it always turns out that the unit does not power up.

I am sorry, you totally lost me on the last post: the last 3 exclusions are the only ones which appear to correspond to my situation; my unit is the GTN 750 ; if I exclude them from windows defender what is my next step; this is getting frustrating to follow...oh to be 30 years old, then I might understand what you are trying to tell me to do.

I added the link to the exclusion as a process after it said that the path as folder or a file did not exist. I then started x-plane but got the same result. What did I do wrong?
