Yes, I can hear my voice saying all the phrases on replay but voice not recognised message always comes up

I know its nearly two years on but I have a similar problem. When using the mike I get no response from Pilot2ATC. If I go to grammar help I get "voice not recognised" but my voice is clearly heard when using playback. I believe I have tried all the fixes suggested but with no effect

Hi Pilot2ATC won't allow me to import, validate or file flight plan each time I get a message 'Unable to calculate TOD. Please change Cruise Altitude, Ground Speed or Descent Rate' I have changed all these and also entered different flight plans, still the same result. All plans are imported from SimBrief. Its a few weeks since I last used Pilot2ATC/MSFS 2020 but didn't experience this issue before
