  1. Has anyone used the aviation data supplied by Keyvan?
  2. This is a bit different from the 'Black Screen' problem I have seen discussed. Problem: I am flying along in Windows 10 or Windows 11 with XP11 or XP12...doesn't seem to matter...and I wish to go direct someplace using the RealityXP GTN 750. I enter the destination and I get the "Activate?" button. I touch the Activate button on my touchscreen in Air Manager and the GTN 750 instantly disappears leaving me to see through the hole to the desktop. I have to go to the Plugin RealityXP GTN 750 pulldown menu and click "Show Screen" and it comes back. Has anyone else experienced this? I have searched the forums but don't see any discussion. Not sure, but I don't think the problem is tied to going direct but rather to touching the GTN 750 screen. Thanks so much for any help, Alex
  3. I have been trying for three days to reinstall the X-Plane GNS430 from a Windows 10 to a new Windows 11 computer. I was able to reinstall the GNS530 and both of the GTN750/650. But for some reason the 430 will not download normally. If I get it to download it does so with size 0KB and with a note 'failed'. The file then disappears off the computer if I try to run it. If the other three RXP units download and install with no problem then it only makes sense that there is something different going on with the GNS430 file. So far the support at Flight1 has not been of any help other than to validate my account is good and the software has been reset. Can someone at RXP be of any help...or send me the file in an email? Thanks, Alex
  4. I am having a similar problem. I migrated from a Windows 10 computer to a new Windows 11 computer and it has been a nightmare because of only a couple of items...one of them is RealityXP. No surprise there. I have four items from RXP...GTN 750/650 and GNS 53/430. I successfully brought over both GTN units and the GNS 530. The GNS 430 was the last one and I got a failed to download on the rxpGNS2-430-XPL.exe file. It's not that it wouldn't run, it would not download. It can't be the internet or settings or anything common to the other three because I had no problems with them. It will not download the file. Flight1 has even reactivated the key. I don't know what to do next. I have tried everything I can think of. Someone I am sure can see what I am doing wrong. Thanks. Alex
