  1. Okay, so our camera settings do not possess a special configuration. It's just basic like everyone else. And you are the only person with this issue in the 787-8 issue list. So I'm thinking perhaps, can you remove any add-on related to the 787 and load the game. Please let me know.
  2. THANK YOU for the video clip. This situation is unique. This is my camera setting can you please try to match it?
  3. What I can do is upload a default camera file so it can revert to the default views. Also, can you share a video clip of how your camera goes to the center of the cockpit? That's very weird.
  4. Hi guys, I'm thankful for those who have given the aircraft a chance. You've all have open the doors for further improvements and additional content. I must say, From my personal experience handling users' ups and downs, the outcome has been more positive. But as our first aircraft, we were warned about the community's mixed opinions, so it's understandable that we read through it all. @btacon, regarding camera views, we recommend creating custom ones that will save with your aircraft. Create Custom Camera Views in MSFS (youtube.com) There are many tutorials on how to create your camera view. Please dm or email me regarding any questions about our company and the aircraft. Or ask away so it can be publicly viewed. To any of you, we have a support email and forum, so we are fully accessible to you guys because we simply just want to communicate and create better products. Simbrief The release of no simbrief was an accident, with unfortunate last-minute changes on the aircraft that backfired heavily. We took a hit. The problem was solved a week after the release, but I wanted to add more fixes, combined with the marketplace testing process which took 4 weeks to get it to the users. So, we apologize for this. We've also noticed a number of users having issues with their ZFW inputs but, respectfully, after testing their flight plans (they sent me their simbrief id and i record the process) the pilots weren't aware of the limitations the ZFW, whether the aircraft was too light or too heavy. Thankfully, to complement the right settings, we created a simbrief airframe. As of now, the plane is rolling well. And many users even after coming back from the B777-3, still love it. Working Title has done an amazing job, and our latest release's high standards are currently implemented. To add Please keep in mind that we are human beings working hard to create something special and powerful for your entertainment. Something you must know about us is that we are straightforward and vocal. We love what we do because we are old-school simmers. But when we are quiet is because we are working and we are focused. Testing and developing. Liveries, I think someone online keeps repeating that we wanted to sale liveries... This was just an idea in case we run out of space because, on the marketplace, you have a limited file size for each type of content within your package. But, I must say that even recognized developers do the same on top of their $60,$70, $80 price tags. In other words, it's not a negative thing. It's basically done for console users when aircraft packages are full and liveries do not fit. The current update we are working on will allow the 788 to fit more liveries,. Nevertheless, this upcoming week, additional schemes will be added to the package. Hoping that without update-2 they can be shipped. We will see how it goes. To wrap it up, For the last two months, we've been updating the aircraft. There hasn't been a time for resting. So we aren't settling down with what's available just yet. There are additional plans on top of what's coming. I do ask for those who have questions and doubts to not rely on the echo chambers we find online and just email us questions. Check youtube for footage and streamers on twitch. Take care guys.
  5. How's the BravoAirspace 787-8 going for you guys? It was updated with Simbrief a month after its release.
