I tried reinstalling multiple times, but that didn't help. I even used Revo Uninstaller to clear up any remnants. What did help though was clearing the folder though. I'm back up and running. Hope this helps someone having the same issue.

My voices drop down box doesn't show any of the MS voice or my IVONA purchased voices. I do see the MS and IVONA voices on Random Voice Settings though. I also noticed other drop down boxes don't work in Config. i.e. Com Radio Swap Tone / Speech Output Device / Speech Recognized Tone. I'm on version 2.6.2.2_x64_R3b
