I raised the issue of weather display in LNM at X-Plane.org. And I didn't get a satisfactory response. When we open LNM with a simulator on we see weather signs. Those small circles are varying from green to red. It was my assumption that LNM fetches flightsim data and displays signs that mean bad or good weather, in a broad sense. It looks however that some regions are correctly represented (USA, Scandinavia, Germany, Great Britain) while some airports' signs are simply irrelevant. Could you guys share your opinions regarding the weather display issue? Thank you.

ATC in X-Plane has a great potential. I am with XP for less than two moths. And I didn't expect "Gate on hold. Runway change under way" yesterday at ULLI/Saint Petersburg in Russia. It was intriguing but nothing followed, and I flew the route to Moscow "as is". In fact, frequent runway changes is a usual thing in Moscow and St. Petersburg due to specific weather conditions in the region.

I admit that maintenance vehicles make airports alive. They look good. Some details are truly fascinating, like stop lamps of those vehicle reflecting in windows of airport facilities. Still, AI traffic managed by ATC is so immersive. Both, on the ground and in the air. And AI models. Looking at Air France Fokker-70 or JAL Boeing-788 at KDCA is... discouraging. To be honest, in many cases i just land, watch the video, and don't "go" to the gate.

Sir, it says: URL: "https://www.simbrief.com/api/xml.fetcher.php?userid=FIRST LAST" Error: Error transferring https://www.simbrief.com/api/xml.fetcher.php?userid=FIRST LAST - server replied: Bad Request (302) My pilot ID is NFIRST LAST. I tried username with the same result. Sometimes Simbrief plans are excellent. For Istanbul (LTFM) or Katmandu (VNKT), for example. But in many cases those are horrible. Like KJFK-KDCA or KLGA-KDCA. I believe that the function of Simbrief to LNM import is a valuable feature. Thank you for your help and your work, Alex.

Upgraded LNM to version 2.8.7. yesterday. I still have an issue of importing Simbrief plans though I seem to follow all steps. I try to import when the route is built in Simbrief, Chrome with Simbrief is open on the same computer, credentials: pilot ID/username are right. I would appreciate if you look into this matter, Thank you.

Thank you sir! It actually was quite a nice flight from Adana (LTAF) to Istanbul (LTFM). And it went smoothly. Simbrief made an excellent flight plan. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1EI2t-1FvwRp7DOeW3jTf7kb-VkyryVZy/view?usp=share_link I tried to insert an image but failed. Perhaps I should refresh my memory reg. AVSIM upload policy. Thank you for your response!

Guys, I've been with X-Plane for just three weeks, after I got a refund from Microsoft and uninstalled MSFS 2020. Please be patient with me. During night time the buttons on autopilot panel are not lit. I mean those green lights - perfectly working and seen at day time - they don't come up at night time. It is not a drama as all information is on EADI panel. But those lit buttons would be convenient. I would appreciate your assistance in this matter. Thanks!

Thank you, ark! Realistically, I have like five or six hours a week for flightsimmig. And it would be a good week. I am new to XP. So I am trying to figure out how to manage those hours timewise. Now I understand that I should make at least some flight plan - whatever short - to see the GS capture altitude in LNM. Alternatively, I can buy Navigraph subscription to get access to maps and plates. Is it correct? Thanks again for your assistance.

Changing the seasonal texture "threshold"?

Guys, the problem isn't the harsh winter. The problem is a never-ending July in MSFS 2020. I've just got refund and uninstalled MSFS 2020. Such a disappointment. I bought Aurora R13 for MSFS. Now I am thinking: FSX Steam or P3D.
