  1. I don't think it's necessarily the shipping delays that cause the frustration , it's the clear lack of communication. You are a small team, that is understood, but not replying to emails and letting customers know the situation with their orders is poor. I'd love to order one of these but I won't until either your communication improves or your shipping times are reduced significantly. It only takes a few moments to email someone letting them know what is going on. Regards
  2. I'm still getting the malware security warning as of 2 minutes ago.
  3. I really wanted to order the yoke and throttle but the shambles of communication more than supply has meant that I won't. We all understand supply chain issues but the complete lack of timely comms to customers who have paid over money is inexcusable. I feel sorry for everyone who has placed an order and is not getting any information on the issues of supply. There but for the grace of God.....

  5. Are these spikes still a problem or are they resolved with calibration or something else. Wanting to order a yoke and throttle but I'm not seeing reassurance that this issue is easily rectified. Also, on the throttle, how is it best setup for single engine, can the lever not is use be capped off, tied to other levers? Terri
