Interested in what became of this request. Seems almost always a longer shaft is required to build an accurate panel.

I’m still waiting (patiently). Order number 2974. Does anyone know how you can possibly cancel the order? They took my money when this was ordered (bad practice). I get no immediate responses from Fulcrum, so I figured I’d post here (again). Starting to look at other alternatives.

Well for my sake I hope yours was an out-of-order fulfillment and that the “current” order numbers that are shipping are the 2900 range, if not close to it.🤞

I’ll throw my order (#2974) in the hat as well. Since I ordered late November (26th to be exact), I’m guessing I may still have a few months to wait. But I too have sent multiple emails with no reply. The fulcrum website at the time I ordered said they were expecting to ship orders starting late November, so I was under the impression back then that things were caught up and my yoke would ship shortly after my order. Then I received the December 7th group email stating some of the metal components would be ready the next day and that orders would be shipping that weekend. But no luck, and no reply to my three emails requesting updates since then. I’m glad I found this forum, as at least I have some idea what’s going on. Jay
