  1. @C2615 I think it uses the Windows driver. How can I tell? Surprisingly, I haven't had any issues with it for about a week now. That's why I haven't opened it to take pictures yet.
  2. @SergeyPe Yes. I will provide those photos for you tomorrow or Monday. I appreciate your doing this for me. 😁
  3. Well that's the crux of the issue: Returning it is not an option; it never was. The company (or dude) turned out to be a scam. He scammed several people with his iffy products. He operated out of Brazil. I blew his cover a month ago and communicated this to him. I told him that I would expose his scheme to as many people as possible and that I would contact my wife's credit card company to see if there's anything I could do to get her money back. After that exchange, he took down everything from the Internet. The company no longer exists. But he was out there for a couple years scamming people. I was communicating with him back-and-forth when I first received the product, but he was no help at all. He blamed everything on my understanding of the set up and my computer. That's when I knew something was wrong. Come to find out, several others had experienced the same unfortunate encounter (as far back as 2021).
  4. Hello all, This is a desperate cry for help to anyone who might know how to fix or modify game controllers. I have a nosewheel tiller that, since it was delivered back in January, keeps randomly dumping its calibration. It's hella frustrating! In a nutshell, I was gypped (or scammed) by the Prime Cockpits guy. My wife got it for me for Christmas. I'm looking for a way to either fix or modify it so that it's not dumping its calibration every few hours (or less) anymore. It clearly has a crappy, jittery, unstable potentiometer. I was hoping someone might be able to explain a way to fix this; maybe I can replace the pedometer with a digital one instead of the old traditional type (if this would be a viable fix)? Thoughts? Ideas? Thanks in advance!
  5. @Bjoern Thanks for your reply. I posted yesterday but no answer as of yet. But do you know how to differentiate if the issue is with XP or Sim Heaven?
  6. Anyone out there who frequents Oklahoma City in the Sim and uses Sim Heaven combined with Auto Ortho: I've noticed downtown Oklahoma City is missing. Oddly, I'm not having this issue with other cities. Has anyone noticed this? Any idea what could be going on here? Any tricks to fix this? What I'm using: XP12 w/lastest update 12.0.9.rc-4 as well as scenery update. Windows 11. RTX 4080. i9 139000k. 2 T SSD. Thanks!
  7. Hello all, I'm new to GSX, so pardon my ignorance with regard to how it's supposed to work. Can someone explain what I need to do to stop jetways from going to the right side of the aircraft? I was at KFAT today, and every jetway I tried to start at was situated to my right. Same thing happened at KLAX. I operate the Fenix A320, and I have GSX profiles for both airports (MSFS). TIA
  8. @regis9 Absolutely. But there is also an alarm that chirps to let you know to check takeoff data because it has changed due to a change of runway. I corrected the information, and the system took it, but then the V-speeds and data suddenly disappeared when I was lining up and waiting for takeoff roll.
  9. @gb09f Thank you, so much, for your kind, non-rude, constructive reply. This makes perfect sense because this is exactly what I did: I changed runways because ATIS had something different than my flight plan. I was suspicious that this may be the culprit but didn't put much thought there because I have done this on other planes (Toliss, Flight Factor, etc) without this issue. Again, thank you. Have a wonderful day, sir!
  10. I've watched and read a whole lot, but there's nothing specifically addressing this. Thanks anyway.
  11. Actually, I do know how to fly the A320 in the sim. My question was exactly what I said, based on an occurrence I had never encountered. If you need clarification, then JUST SAY THAT!! Or, keep it moving. There is no need to go completely out of your way to be rude about it. 🙄
  12. This is directed to anyone who has the Fenix A320: I've only had the airplane for a month, and I'm noticing that it's very temperamental. Has anyone else experienced perf data spontaneously dropping before takeoff? In the same occurrence, I also noticed that my flight plan was not registering on the navigation display. Is this a known glitch? Or perhaps there was something I did that caused this? Any ideas? Note: I apologize in advance if this topic was not put in the right category. Cheers!
  13. Hello all, Hopefully, someone can help me. I just downloaded AIG AI Manager and Controller. I have completed the installation, but I keep getting this pop-up warning: "Your OCI installation is located in a directory that will come close to the maximum path-length of 255 characters! To make sure AIM runs without issues it is suggested to move the OCI package somewhere else." Has anyone else run into this issue? If yes, how did you fix this? I see in the same pop-up a suggested way of relocating the OCO package, but I'm not quite understanding exactly what it's telling me to do. Need someone who actually executed this fix to break it down for me in Layman's terms. Thanks in advance! 😁
