Alright. Sent you the log file

After being handed off to tower while holding short, what specifically should I say to make sure its not anything on my part. Also where can I find the P2A log file?

Whenever I get handed off to tower from ground, it just completely ignores me no matter what I do. Its not a problem with voice recognition or anything on my part. Ill be holding short and attempting to get a takeoff clearance by using voice, and the say it option, but no response. I've tried just about everything at this point.
