Doesn't always fix it. Zonk it as ALWAYS ON and that will definitely fix it.

Btw the fix for the Rebooting issue is to put “PowerSource = ALWAYS_ON” in the global config

How can RXP provide anything? This would have to come from Garmin.

The real issue is to approach Garmin and ask if they would support loading something like Navigraph in their trainer software for flight sim use only.

I agree. RXP has abandoned customers which is surprising since folks like RSG rely on them.

I am having the exact same problem. 2.6.1.1 refuses to install though says it does. GTN750 keeps saying ‘Rebooting’ and hangs XP. I have tried a number of different things. The black screen of death seems to random (sometimes I can get it to load, sometimes I can’t). Putting on higher levels of debug logs I don’t see anything obvious in GTN logs (outside of the paths to the Garmin Trainer). Is anyone available to figure out what the heck is going on?

I have XP12.06 on Win11 Pro latest and just installed RXP. I am using the vFlyte Arrow III G5 with built-in RXP support. Problem: When the plane loads and I hit the master bus switch, the RXP 430 and/or 530 (I use 530 for NAV/COM 1) does not appear or start. If I go to the RXP plugin menu and deselect the 430/530 and reselect it again, it will come back. This happens again randomly - sometimes I get lucky and everything seems to work normally. Is there some kind of timing bug when the GNS trainer is ready to boot up the avionics? Anyone seen this?

I have read this: Reality XP update removed airports from Garmin 430/530 - RXP GNS 530W/430W V2 - The AVSIM Community But I still have a question: If i updated "\ProgramData\Reality XP\Common\GnsTrainer\dbfiles\006-d0170-30.bin" with Garmin's avtn_db.bin file from the real thing, is that enough? Or do i need to do something else? I am in North America.
