  1. Cheers mate, wrong knob 🤦‍♂️ it was really the brightness from the Master Brightness Knob, I tried using something on the left of my PFD. After loading the Panel State the Black HUD also turned Green, thank you so much!
  2. Nope, the knob is just pure decoration it has no function. I tried it but sadly it does not work and given by the black and not green Heads Up Display I don‘t think it has anything to do with brightness knobs. And the QW support website is just a comedy - insufficient permission to access nearly every single forums even the 787. That even includes reading.
  3. Hello Pilots, I was just about to start my return flight on a 787 from KSFO to LTFM, flying the 787-9 for the first time since September 13 last year. Due to a glitch with SODE FSX crashed, so I reloaded a save but somehow every screen in the cockpit remained black despite running APU, EXT PWR or Engines. The only thing that is not black is when I move my cursor for example over the screen when having selected the INFO mode which highlights the buttons in purple. Or if I select SYS on the bottom FD "SELECT MFD" is being displayed on the top PFD. As a troubleshooting attempt, I reinstalled the 787 but the matter didn't resolve when I restarted FSX again after I forgot to install the recent Navigraph Navdata. Another interesting thing is that my Head-up display doesn't show up in typical green but black digits and lines. The Aircrafts texture, Cockpit, Exterior and exceptionally the EFB however are loading and working normally Can anyone please help me?
