    Hi Chris. It's so good to see that things are starting to work out, and I hope you're doing better. Quick question: I just logged in to my account on the fulcrum website and it says "No order has been made". I have an order in for the yoke (#2994), and I received your email the other day so I assume I'm in the system. Just a bit worrying that the webpage didn't reflect this. Mag
