how do I plugin in NAT TRACKS into the custom FMC. The plane is the AKD-550

Hey, I am having trouble with my autogate. I did a fresh intsall into my X plane 12 plugins folder. But am not seeing it on the drop down menu or plugin admin. I made sure I fully unzipped the file and only put the correct full complete file into my plugin folder. I never had isssues with it in X-Plane 11. If anyone can help that would be great thanks!

imma give it another go tonight and if it doesn't work I'll do it manually where can I manually download it?

it was on that download for about 2 hours i will try again and leave it for longer are there any other solitions
