  1. From the most recent crash report: /!/ CRASH /!/TOML [OnCrash] Msg="_handleSEH" Type="SEH" Code=0xE06D7363 I've googled the error code, but all the suggestions that I can find essentially take me to things that I have already attempted.
  2. @udidwht Thanks for that. Unfortunately, I have already done all of that to no avail.
  3. p.s. can we go back to the good old days of physical media to install games...never had these problems with games like FS9!
  4. Hello all, I used to be an avid simmer, but after over 10 years away from MSFS I decided that it was time to revisit the game that I spent my childhood playing. I jumped onto steam and purchased MSFS and downloaded the 1.9gb initial file. However, I have been having no luck at all thereafter. When I launch the game I cannot even get to the installation manager, it simply crashes to desktop - both in safe mode and in normal mode. My gaming PC is pretty new and is vastly better than the recommended specs for the game. I'm on windows 11 and there are no updates. My graphics drivers are also up-to-date. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, I've restarted my PC. I've done every single troubleshooting trick that I know of to no avail. Any suggestions?
