I was flying the Fenix A321 and everything was working correctly—radio, transponder, etc. I had already received my IFR clearance, but when I was about to request taxi clearance, the ATC stopped responding. I was tuned into the LSZH Ground frequency. Any solutions?

Hello, as the title says, I would like to know if the LVFR planes, specifically of the a320 family are possible to fly, I am from Xbox but if it were PC I would have already bought the phoenix, but that is not the case, the point is that I am asking this since this plane has many problems with the aircraft, such as the one of the TOD point, which appears erroneously and the one of the ap that the a319 leaves the route.
