  1. Hi there, I have started to get back into flight sims recently. I've always been into sim games and a couple years ago, I got into DCS World for a year or so before dropping it. I also played a fair bit of FSX back in the day but haven't played FS2020 at all. I have been playing MSFS2024 ALOT since launch and found the OnAir Company career mode addon good for casual play with my friends. Now I am at the point of wanting to find people with a bit more serious mindset. I have found this application called FlyLat which looks pretty cool. It allows VAs to work towards new planes for the fleet by completing flights, there some AI management as well as planned integration with ETS2 and ATS and a whole bunch of other features. Its a free software right now but, from my understanding, its going to be free for pilots and paid for VA Owners (correct me if I'm wrong). Its also nice since you start with 200m so you can get a couple bigger planes straight off the bat and not have to work up from a 172 or something. If anyone has any suggestions on better software with similar features please feel free to suggest them. If you are interested at all, send a message here or on discord, my username is Sebscar. Thanks a ton, Sebastian PS, I'm a 23 year old, South African and ok with starting the VA out of anywhere in the world. Thought I should mention that. :D
