I'm having the same problem.
I think it's because I re-installed my 2021 purchases, only by entering my Flight1 username and password.
@RXP I know I have sinned by not saving the keys, but do you think it could be possible to help out this one time? It's painful having to re-buy the same software every time the computer crashes. If you see my flight1 account, you'll find I have even bought duplicate licenses of a certain product.
