  1. Hi all. I went straight from FSX to MSFS2024 after buying a new PC. The new sim works wonderfully and I have managed some really great flights, with one exception, which is this. The other day I compleated a 2 hour flight in the PMDG777F with weather and everything running, Active Sky, GSX, etc. I finished the flight, then added a GSX profile for the 777F. When I then reloaded the sim, the main menu loads incomplete with a piece missing, like a black box in the middle, if I then click on the aircraft the world map goes all strange and the points of interest turn into a kind of bomb burst across the screen. If I click Start Flight it usually end with no screen loaded but I do get sound. I know this isn't something I just downloaded that was corrupt, as it has done this before, mainly when I have added something to the sim. If I restart my PC then the sim is fine and works as expected. I contacted Microsoft, but their advice was to just reinstall the sim from scratch, which seems a bit of a poor answer to me. It is a shame I can't upload a photo here to better explain what is happening. Maybe one of the more knowledable members than me here can help or offer advice. Thank you. Virtual Pilot Dave. PS, first post here, so I appologise if anything is wrong or out of place.
