I am relatively new to MSFS 2020, but I feel ready to start flight planning. To do that I guess I will need a 'map app', such as Little Nav Maps on my laptop from which to plan my journey. After this I presume I will need the ability to import my flight plan to my aircraft (currently a Cessna), into my MSFS 2020? Can someone point me in the direction of an easy to follow Guide on how to do this, please, i.e. link my MSFS 2020 Navigation system on my Xbox to the Little Nav Maps on my laptop? Once I have the platform set up I can learn the fine detail of how to actually plan a flight. Thanks for any help you can give me.

I am a 68 year old male living in Lincoln, UK, and I bought my first Xbox series X and MSFS 2020 two weeks ago. I also bought a Thrustmaster Hotas One controller. I am both housebound (MS) and retired, so I bought MSFS 2020 to keep me out of trouble and from under the long haired Admiral’s feet. I’m currently flying a Cessna and I can take off, fly around and land (just about). I am desperate to progress to become a more proficient pilot, which is why I have joined this forum. Hopefully, you won’t mind me asking questions, and I look forward to chatting with you all. Oh, and I’m ex Royal Navy, in case there’s other veterans on here. Thanks.
