Just a heads up for 747 fans. The new (December 2017) issue of Airliner World magazine comes with a very nicely produced freebie 100 page supplement concentrating on the Boeing 747, covering its development history and its latest 747-8 variant, including an interview with the chief Boeing test pilot for the 747-8 and some very nice cutaway diagrams of the 400 and 400F, plus loads of cool pics and stuff interesting pieces about various 747 variants such as the originals and the SPs, the Iron Maiden special and all that kind of stuff.
I've got quite a few good books on the 747, and this thing has stuff in it that I never knew which isn't in any of those books, so this supplement is definitely something you'll want if you like the Boeing 747, and especially if you are going to be getting the 747-8 from PMDG, as it has a lot of interesting info about the 747-8 and its development and handling.
