  1. Milviz have released a series of updates across their range of aircraft for Prepar3D. The company's B407 and M530 helicopters will benefit from updated gauges for P3D v4 support, whilst the B55 gets P3D v4 support. The longest changelist, however, is reserved for the C310R, which includes cold and dark and ready to fly options as well as several fixes and updates for the Flight 1 GNS 430, GTN 630 and GTX 330.
  2. We are pleased to announce that we have added MilViz's great product line to the AVSIM store. The first addition is the B55 Baron. The Beech Baron 55 is their latest release. It is a highly detailed replica of its real-life counterpart. The model was created by using high quality digital photos and B-55 plans. In addition, we have added the MilViz F-15 Strike Eagle. This is a very accurate model of the Eagle and is about as real as it gets. It incorporates an ultra precise 3D model and accurate handling. Visit the AVSIM Store today!
  3. Hi all, We are intending to release within the coming days/weeks, updates on our GA products to modify the landing lights . This will stop the light squares that a very few people get. Thanks for your patience.
  4. Just completed a nice flight and approach in to Reno (RNAV Y 34L LPV). My daughter even commented on the sunset with the surrounding scenery... she said WOW! PilotEdge log
  5. Just completed mission #2 Ken Stalling did for Milviz's Baron. Excellent job Ken... feel like we've flown together now. You might want to check why you keep repeating "climb to 9,000 MSL" over and over again though after heading back to the field.
  6. This is just GA simming at its best, I want a real one now! PilotEdge log
  7. As the title says, which variant do you like more? Quoting the devs. For me, the E55 feels much stronger than one would image with those few extra HP. So far, the B55 is may favourite, flying her like Bernt Stolle recommended, with the carb heat on. I guess the not unlimited power with the four folks in the plane and some altitude renders it more of a challenge. B) What about you? Scott and Geofa already stated their preference in another thread but are welcome again of course. Adding. I also like the two blade props. Looks more old school.
  8. milviz has released an update for its b55. I've purchased the same from the avsim store when it was functional. how do i update now?

    Approaching pass towards Palmdale.
  11. From the album: Milviz Baron B55 KMOD to KRAL

My father always preferred this routing feeling that there was less turbulence descending into the LA basin compared to using the Lake Hughes routing.
  12. From the album: Milviz Baron B55 KMOD to KRAL

Last pass before descending into LA basin for landing at Riverside.

More cloud layer south of Fresno.
  14. From the album: Milviz Baron B55 KMOD to KRAL

Level at 7,500 leaving Modesto. That cloud layer is common in the San Jaquin valley.
  15. Flew a routing I made so many times during my youth with my father flying. This was a nice showing of the Baron's capabilities as a time machine, the drive by car was much, much longer... believe me! Pilotedge log
  16. Quick question: The right outer knob on both GPS units on the baron works fine in the 2D panel, but does not work in the VC, even though it's a hotspot (it can be clicked). Is this a known issue, or does it work for other people?
