We have in the past three months sent out notifications to those users who have duplicate accounts. We have previously asked those users to explain their duplicate accounts and which one they would like to maintain. Sufficient time has passed and we are now removing, entirely, duplicates accounts where the user has not responded. If you find that one or more of your accounts have been deleted, you will now know why.
We are putting people on notice; if you create a duplicate account, both accounts are liable to be banned. If you have a problem with your existing account DO NOT create a second. Contact us and we'll work through a solution for you. Duplicate accounts are NOT the answer.
