Folks, a few questions for you scenery people...who have a lot of scenery... 1. KDFW (FSDT)- recommend it? does it have safedock gates? 2. KDEN Does anyone know any good ones, and does it have the safedock system 3. ALL AIRPORTS Awaiting the ultimate aircraft DLC, the PMDG 777, I think i'll be moving onto more airports now, so what airports do you recommend? They can be any, anywhere! (As long as they have, you guessed it...safedock) -
Folks, I belive my FSDT KDFW scenery was supposed to come with some gates having the safeock system, however having hovered round all of them, i can't seem to see ANY gate with that feature Was i mistaken?? Is there anyway i can have them!? Thanks Folks! -Andy

Hi folks So when I arrive (when I depart its fine) as FSDTs KDFW, things mess up. No terminal markings, no follow me vehicle. I contacted FSDT, and got this in reply: That's just confirms what I've said: you are seeing parts of objects, which means everything on our side is running correctly ( if it wasn't, you wouldn't see anything ), so it's surely a video driver/settings problem. Try all the following: - Update your video driver - Reset your video driver settings to default - Reset the FSX settings to default, by removing the following file: %APPDATA%\Microsof\FSX\FSX.CFG This will force FSX to rebuild a new config with all default settings. After doing this, be sure you apply the HIGHMEMFIX tweak in the Addon Manager, save the settings and restart FSX. Now, i'm not doubting this FOR A SECOND. I believe it. I just want to see if you guys have got a way round fiddling around it all, or if there's something else I could do? I just want a bit more say with it! That's all! I DO trust this guy! Went plane spotting today. This was my first time shotting during sunset. Got to try out a couple of new techniques but most importantly I FINALLY shot the elusive UPS MD-11F that lands there at dusk. It was a Kodak moment.

Just Arrive back into the hub with a lot of PAX so decided to go out on the ramp to take a look to see how the aircraft is doing and sneak a photo. I have loved airplanes since I was a kid but apart from airshows I never just went out to plane spot until today. Went with my dad and best friend to KDFW-Dallas/Fort Worth Int. I do professional photowork, usually with pretty ladies but I tried my hand at aircraft photography today. I took a lot of shots and I am very happy with the results. We even got lucky and had a Korean Air 777-200ER land right in front of us! A lot American Airlines traffic this morning. Here are a few shots from the day! Hope you like them!
