sim creating a new airbase simulator! would anyone like to help?

hello all, i am planning to create a new airbase simulator using unreal engine! this will feature: all of the worlds military aircraft from 1950s to date included as addons many air bases included as addons real human speech in every one of the worlds accents! QRA launches (these can be set to random or be triggered by you, the players!) animated ground crew and pilots aerobatic displays flown by expert ai pilots! either in solo routines or formation displays, onboard cameras so you can fly with said ai pilots during displays QRA launches and sorties! i know it seems like a lot, but i would love some help if anyone is interested in this project! -
what are some must have freeware addons/scenery/texture freeware thats "must have"I know we all have diff opinions,but whats your opinions of some must have things for fs9 ?

I wanted to know how is it that you can keep the pilot2ATC window within the Sim open and be able to click the buttons within the sim without the pilot2ATC window disappearing. Now I know that some people say that you have to run the flight simulator in the window mode but I can't do that using triple screens and I have also seen videos of people using pilot2ATC within the sim and they're able to change radio frequencies and start buttons and etc without the pilot2ATC window disappearing.

Hey, I was browsing youtube today and I came across this user's videos. He is in FlightSafety's full motion sim and wow the graphics look superb!!!!. First I thought it was photo scenery only with no 3D, but when he lands, I can see the buildings and airport etc. The graphics are amazing!!!! I wish current retail sim software can display this level of detail. What simulation software is FlightSafety using?

Sometimes, It is hard for me to spot the little yellow default sim aircraft on the moving maps. especially over fall colored terrain. Is it possible for the user to select the color( like Navy blue as an example) for his aircraft? OR change the size to slightly bigger so that it stands out more? Are default aircraft color and size, user selectable in options? Best Regards Hari -
Just browsing the rest of AVSIM since MSFLIGHT is going down under and was really hoping for more participation in DCS. I know that you guys play it(well some) but there is absolutely no content here or articles, videos and try this/try that posts. I just bought this from STEAM SUMMER Sale and imma fire it up this weekend.
