Multi-playing on Chocolate Software Servers?

I notice there are quite a few chocolate software servers online, but maybe only a dozen or so people actually on them. I'm not keen on Vatsim even though I've been simming since before FS9, but I do enjoy multiplayer when there's a few folks on to fly with. (Please please please don't turn this into a 'we have to convince you to use Vatsim' thread! I'm not interested in that, so please keep it relevant to the topic at hand.)

 

Does anyone else here play online using a CS server?

I fly there on most Tuesdays 2PM EST with two other guys. We fly low and slow with the Aero Commander generally.

Do you guys free fly or do the hop list? I've been flying mostly on the flightsim.cc server.
