Decent rate using default ATC vectoring

I rarely fly IFR with the default ATC in the sim, but somtimes I do if I lack proper charts or whatever for the airport I'm going to.

 

If I follow the ATC vectoring I usually end up at 2000 ft. AGL for 15-20 minutes before I get to my desired airport, so my question is this, what decent rate do you think the default ATC wants you to use?

In the most default planes, the default descent and climb rates are 1800ft/min.

so you can use it without troubles with the default ATC.
