Hi Alfredo,John is unable to post replies at present due to forum problems.I don't think you'll have any problems running RC4 on Vista 64. He will be able to confirm once he can post. DX10 is a graphics engine and will not affect RC.

>i have vista 64. not a problem>>you do have to manually put the .ocx and dll files in>syswow64 directory and manually register them>>jdHi jd,I have this problem, the registration of RC4.3 was fine but when I try to load the flight plan I got that msstdfmt.dll is not registered "Run Time error 713". I have put the file in all possible folders inside windows main directory but no matter the command I write on the "RUN" application I always get an error. Can you tell me which is the correct line? Many thanksLorenzo

oops...jd I must edit what I stated. Actually it seems I need some other files to be registered not only that one. Vista calls them "Dependencies". Since I am not so expert and I have surfed the net all day long trying to work out the problem to no avail, are you able to tell me exactly which are the missing files and how to register them? Since you have Vista 64 too it should be easier for you to point me in the right direction....I'm getting nervous not been able to use RC! :( Thanks.

copy the files it says you need to the windowssyswow64 directoryinstructions on how to register them is in this faqhttp://www.jdtllc.com/FAQ.htm#29the only difference is, the files will be in the syswow64 directory instead of the system32 directoryand you will need to start the dos window, with admin privilegesjd
