Hello. When I put in my key that I received in the email the screen stays for about 2 seconds then it closes. When I start Radar Contact back up it wants me to put the key in again. Any help would be appreciated.Freddie Utt

if you are running vista, you have to right mouse click the shortcut or the .exe, and click run as administratorwas there a minus sign in front of the product id? did you send the minus sign with the key request?jd

The first time I sent in for a key it wasn't in the right format but you sent me a key anyway. I went ahead and resent an email in the proper format. I am running Xp. The product key did have a minus sign infront of it when I sent it in.
