Hello,If you have problems with the download and if you have got your order confirmation, click on the link at the end of the email, this will open a new page on which you can read "You are Authorized for the following downloads: (...)"Click on the button "Click Here for download"A new page will be openend and if your download does not work, don't panic ! I got the same problem (the progress bar continues to progress but nothing appears) !! Just copy the entire link from the address bar, download GetRight (if you don't have it...), open GetRight, File Menu, Enter New URL, and paste the link, click OK.. and your download should begin ! I have tried it 3 times, and it worked fine !I hope it will work for you !MarcVarlamoff
