I was wondering how long does it take to get the download email on avaerage. I ordered the 757 last night but nothing came through so I thought I'd go to bed and fly the 757 in the morning but still nothing is this normal or has something gone wrong?.

Garrody-I'll look through the support email for your order information- then I'll research your order to determine what the snag is.We have some very specific notes about making sure you push all the CONFIRMATION buttons during the order process... The security levels for the transactions and the order distribution server require a couple of confirmations in order to pass all the information back and forth.If you missed the last button- you would be charged for the order but you would not receive a download link. This has happened to a few folks- but it isn't hard to fix.Just send me as much information as you can about your order (name and orderid are sufficient in nearly all cases...) then I'll get you up and running!Robert S.
