hey guys!!i was finally able to download and install my new 777, however now when i try to star up fly!II i get this error (when i select the 777 from the aircraft list and try to change aircraft)Runtim Exception Code 0000005 (EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION) at address 00543A96File: WINRUNN.CPPLine: 52if anyone is able to figure out what all this means...please tell me how i can fix it. this is a brandnew installation downloaded today (8/16/02) and patched version of fly!II 230. i have a 1.7 256Mb RAM 32Mb G-force card. not sure what else there might be that i could do for it. i did delete the defult.key file from the system folder (i read the previous post concerning errors in the forum, and one sugusted doing this). deleting that file did not help any, got the same error. if you can help, please do!!!! thanks!!!!!!!!!!anthony miller

Anthony,Did you install the 777 after updating Fly II to .230. I believe that you have to install the 777 and then re-apply the .230 patch to get it to work properly. Take a look at the anchor post regarding the installatio of the 757. It gives some guidance for installing the 777 as wellGood luckRegardsPaul:-cool

thanks....ill give that a try!!! i just went through and took out all of my sceneries, add-on aircraft, and many other files, to no avail! hehe oh well, i guess that i will try that out and see what happens...thanks!!!!!

i guess that it would work wonders if i would read a bit closer i guess *:-* oh well...i got it working, and all i can say is what a wonderful plane the 777 is!!! ;)thanks for the helpful comment!anthony
