Rob,Congrats to you and the team, the initial shots show that the B737NG will be a new bird of choice among picky flt simmers! Joining the likes of PIC767s, DF737s, and PSSA320s.Few questions on customer options, will some unique customer options be avail, allowing a very customized bird, ala PIC767 allowing for various Flt Directors and Speed tape options.1.HUD 2350 or HUD 4000.2.Dual cue and Single cue F/D systems (Crosshair vs. Vbird).3.FMC U 10.1 and later with automatic T/O thrust reduction.4.MCP w/ With speed and altitude intervention.5.Compact EFIS Format6.Flight path vector7.Rising runway8.PFD Angle of Attack (AOA) IndicationsAll for now ;-)Cheers,Marc Brodbeck

Hi Marc!>Congrats to you and the team, the initial shots show that >the B737NG will be a new bird of choice among picky flt >simmers! >Joining the likes of PIC767s, DF737s, and PSSA320s. Boy we certainly hope so! I think our entrance to those halls will depend on the customer reception- but we are putting a massive amount of energy into this one. I think this will be our finset project yet...>1.HUD 2350 or HUD 4000. We haven't started the HUD yet. I expect it will be something we get into after the 800/900 package is released...>2.Dual cue and Single cue F/D systems (Crosshair vs. Vbird). Already a user option!>3.FMC U 10.1 and later with automatic T/O thrust reduction. I'm not sure exactly what Anothony has in store here. Surprisingly enough- I'm so engrossed with my own development areas that I haven't had a chance to look at what he has done! I can tell you that we already have the EEC behavior modeled that protects the engines from over speed/over temp....>4.MCP w/ With speed and altitude intervention. Most likely not going to see this. There is so little demand for it- and the fact is that the option has been withdrawn from the market... >5.Compact EFIS FormatThis will come out with the 800/900 and the user will have the ability to switch between them. That being said- I should state that we are not going to offer a dual DU EICAS format. It just gets too cumbersome within Flightsim- so we wind up with something that is either unusuable or unreadable... >6.Flight path vector 800/900 option will become available.>7.Rising runway Already installed!>8.PFD Angle of Attack (AOA) Indications 800/900 option if we can find a relatively decent way to do it... currently we are still researching..>All for now ;-) Okay- if you come up with more- just let me know! :-coolRobert S.
