Antonio-We changed servers, providers, processors and trnsactors in early april. The fellow who programs our shopping cart system has been working hard for the past few weeks to get the system running and ready for mainstream...He should be finished literally- any minute now... I'll post a message here when the shopping cart is live again!

For your information. (You may even already be aware of this :-) )I just checked your shopping cart, and it was up and running.But when I came to the point of clicking the button "proceed to checkout" I got this message:"Shopping Cart Items:Your shopping cart is empty or you have proceeded to checkout please close your browser and return to Precision Manuals to make addtional purchases.(If you experience any problems with the shopping cart please update to the most current version of your browser)"All the other things seemed to work. I tried to change the qty. and update, and that worked OK.BTW, I'm running Netscape 7.02Roy B. :-waveOslo, Norway

Thank Roy, But you know, I had some prblems with the purchase: I had to put a state (an American state) in my address.. if not, it wont let me proceed. when I arrived to the credit card confirmation ( I tried two credit cards) the software awnsered me that the address I was providing was diffrent from the credit card data in the server or something... I tried the two diffrent addresses possible (10 times) and.... nothing..."don't match". well I gave up.Can you help me with that?I normaly buy think in the intenet and normaly works!Thank you again RoyAntonio CarmonaLisboa, Portugal

Antonio-Thanks for pointing it out! I'll look into what is causing that- it happened when we loaded the server originally too- but then went away...In the mean time- you MUST drop an email detailing the problem to our support email ([email protected]) or you won't get an answer back from us when the problem is fixed...Thanks again, sir!
