The minimum requirements are specified as PIII 800 with 256MB RAM. So, you should be good to go.Just make sure- if you are running low on performance with the Virtual Cockpit, use the 2D Cockpit Views. They are there for a reason... ;-)

Is fully playable on my PIII 500mhz 256mb ram GF2MX 32mb, so it should run ok on yours too.
