In order to assist those of us who have been trying unsuccessfully for hours to download I would like to try and pin down if it really is a server "overload" problem or a billing problem.In the email sent to you just above the download link it has a "Product Details:" section. In your email are the product name, quantity purchased and price shown or is that section blank? To clarify I do not mean the headings which are present but actual values under those headings. It seems that those of us who cannot download have no values under those headings. If those of you who have downloaded do have entries under the headings that would indicate that there is in fact a billing problem not a server problem.Thanks,Mike Cross

Thanks for your responses! As it turns out for some reason some of us essentially bought nothing. PMDG emailed me telling me of the problems and cancelled my first credit card order. I purchased the product again without any problems!Thanks,Mike

Hi Mike et al,same for me. But it's more than a risky thing. At least when you receive the billing info you know exactly if the transaction was done successfully or not. Huuh. I prefer two aicraft on final track at minimum separation and getting closer... ;)
