Captains!Currently I am managing both the FORUM and SUPPORT@ functions by myself so that other team members can get some sleep!I am giving primary focus to the support@ email right now because most of it deals with transaction issues and downloads- so it is important for me to get those items worked out.If you are having a download problem and have emailed me- you will be hearing from me soon! Hi!It's now a little under 24hrs since i ordered the 737NG from your site. I haven't recieved a single e-mail yet, and no answer to this question that I also sent to the support-emailaddress. My friends keep telling me how great this product is, and they got their emails directly (max 1 min). I'm leaving for vacation soon, and it would be very nice to try the product that I bought before I leave.Let's hope you get this things fixed as soon as possible :-waveRegardsDaniel [email protected]
