David, what operating system are you using?

Yep, I've got the same problem as David. Besides that, when starting FS2002 I also get the message that the pdmgoptions.dll could not be loaded. When ignoring this and loading the aircraft the same faultmessage as David comes up. I'm running FS under Win98 (installed the small "XP update" file from microsoft.)Frank

May I recommend you read the installation notes located in the documentation. For now I'll post the info for you here-REQUIRED INSTALLATION FOR NON-WinXP USERSOur aircraft uses GDI+, Microsoft's cutting-edge graphics deviceinterface technology available natively only in Windows XP. Suchtechnology can be made available to other Windows operating systems by visiting the link above and installing GDI+ as per the instructions given. It is preferable that the user installs the redistributable in their Windows system folder, but they can also choose to place the GDI+ DLLs in their default FS2002 installation directory, if they so choose.IMPORTANT: The 737NG Software WILL NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY without GDI+ on non- WindowsXP operating systems.http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/release...releaseid=32738Sincerely,

My problem solved!Whilst waiting for any replies to my message I wondered whether it was a win-zip problem so I deleted the unzipped exe file and un-zipped it again.I then re-installed it (over the previous) and now all works well.Thank you all for the replies and I hope this may help others.David Pedder
