July 3, 200322 yr PMDG,I've just about given up. I'm STILL getting transaction problems and after two days I'm STILL waiting for a reply which answers my questions. I've emailed support three times. I've received one reply which didn't answer any of my questions, just gave me "try again" advice. I have not yet encountered the great support people tell me PMDG have. Would PMDG please set a higher support priority to those who are having purchasing/download problems, than others?I'm on the verge of taking my business elsewhere. It's even more frustrating by the fact that the people who monitor email support live in the US and I'm in Europe. So I'm asleep when they're awake and vise versa.
