engine startup

Featured Replies

Hello,I know I should wait for the manual, but I am to curious :)I try to start up the engines as described in the mini tutorial. After the last step (pressing the lever on the throttle panel), the engine starts to rotate and by the sound the engine tries to ignite. The sound gets louder and louder and then there is a clack and everything starts over. During the whole process an oil pressure warning is given for both engines. When I try to start engines using automatic engine startup (ctrl+E), the left engine normally starts up and the right engines shows the same behaviour as described above.Any short solution to that, or do I have to wait for the manuall? Thomas

I had exactly the same. Click twice on each lever on the throttle pedestal, that might do the trick for you... as it did for me. For some reason my 737 loads with the levers in the wrong position (I probably saved a flight that way).Jaap Verduijn.
