July 4, 200322 yr Hi guys, another little question. ;-)Do you think you could eventually implement a simple fuel planner to use with the PMDG 737 to make it more easy to calculate required fuel based on ZFW etc.?BTW, to have the load manager affect the actual ZFW of the plane I select, should I change the values before or after I select the plane in FS?Thanks for any feedback.Ciao,Bjorn
July 4, 200322 yr Bjorn, A fuel planner would be nice...if you have FSBuild V2 there is a beta in progress that includes a performance profile for the PMDG737...I've heard it's fairly close. I'm sure Ernie will tweak it. As far as the load manager, execute that before you select the aircraft in FS, that way the aircraft.cfg will get amended correctly to show the ZFW, and when you select the a/c, it will have the proper loading, you can enter the ZFW from the load manager in the FMC, add the correct amount of fuel, and be on your way.regards,
July 4, 200322 yr Commercial Member Gents-that's right - you need to use the Load Manager BEFORE entering FS, as it will update your aircraft.cfg with the new weights. As for a fuel planner - we'll see... ;-) Lefteris Kalamaras - Founder www.flightsimlabs.com
July 4, 200322 yr Thanks to both of you guys, now that cleared my little doubt about when to use the Load-Manager.:-)And for the Fuel planner we'll wait...ehehe ;-)Thanks again.Regards,Bjorn

And when flying at LRC/M.78, i've arrived at Destination within +/- 500lbs of planned arrival fuel (close as any real flt planning system usually gets).Rgrds,Marc Brodbeck
