July 4, 200322 yr I'm fairly new to flying commercials so I have tried to start the 737 from cold using the Beginners Tutorial. All systems off at start. From the Beginners tutorial I switch on the Battery Master switch. I get a repeating loud warning sound which I can't turn off no matter what I do. Even switching off the Battery Master switch doesn't get rid of it which is strange because theoretically there is then no power to the plane(APU or ground power not on). Is this a bug?BTW tried switching off the Master Warning Switch with no effect.Alan
July 4, 200322 yr I too have problems starting from cold. The main problem here seems to be to have the aircraft in the correct "cold" status. What systems are on and what systems not highly depend on the standard flight FS2002 loads at startup. I am not sure about this, but if someone has the 737NG 600 with PMDG livery in the correct cold status with every switch in the correct position at for example Meigs and saves that as a flight, should other users be able to load that flight (other language Version of FS2002, other install dirs and so on)?
