July 6, 200322 yr Dear Gents and Kimberly,I just experienced the infamous inflight APU bottle discharge, immediately after I pressed "B" (in STD) mode, to see what the pressure was over the south of France. It discharged immediately.Any ideas whether this could be linked? Any other things that you've experienced which would appear to act as a catalyst in this problem?Hope you're all having a nice evening...Alex
July 7, 200322 yr I have had this problem occur in all of the following circumstances: - before engine start - while the sim was paused for several minutes - several times during a flight (I suspect)I suspect the latter point because I have noticed that when this problem occurs, I hear 2 clicks (same sound as when a switch is moved) back-to-back, about a second apart. In flight, even after the bottles have discharged, I have heard this double click sound several times at random intervals. In no case was I depressing a button or moving a switch at the time. Therefore I suspect that your occurence was not related to pressing "B", but was rather a coincidence.Cheers,Chris
